How To Tee Off with A Driver Pt. 2

Golf Tee Height

How To Tee off With A Driver
"TEE IT HIGH AND WATCH IT FLY"        Part 1: Why you should be teeing high and famous words by Jack Nicklaus

3 Main Steps for Consistent Drives

1. Posture at set-up position
2. Position of the Ball at Set-up Position
3. Position of the Hands at Set-up position

POSTURE:

The FRONT shoulder should be slightly higher than the BACK shoulder.
A STRAIGHT  spine angle from the  base of the spine to the base of the neck.
Keep your weight even, DON'T  tilt your weight forward on to your toes.

BALL:

Position the ball OPPOSITE the FRONT foot.
No further back 2 to 3 cm,s inside the HEEL.

HANDS:

The position of the HANDS should be opposite the BALL.
Slightly BEHIND the ball, NEVER in front of the ball with the DRIVER.

THE RESULT:

You will hit more FAIRWAYS, hit the ball LONGER and be a very HAPPY chappie.

Following these TIPS will make it easier to make a FULL rotation of the SHOULDERS on the back swing, return
the club head to it's original position and strike the ball slightly on the UPSWING with a SQUARE club face
which will eliminate side SPIN on the ball. Longer, straighter and more powerful drives off the tee - what every golfer wants.
